Ongoing monitoring is the automatic re-verification of your entities to detect any status changes: new sanctions, asset freezes, PEP status, insolvency proceedings, etc. In accordance with Article L.561-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, regulated professionals must exercise constant vigilance throughout the business relationship. LexOpti automates this requirement by analyzing your entities 24/7.

Billing is based on the cumulative number of unique entities placed under ongoing monitoring during the month. Each entity (individual or company) counts only once, even if you disable and re-enable monitoring.

Yes, each person linked to a client (beneficial owner, legal representative) counts as a separate entity. For example, a company with 3 beneficial owners counts as 4 entities total.

Estimate the number of entities you'll place under ongoing monitoring each month. Count your active clients and their linked persons (BOs, legal representatives). For example: 20 corporate clients with an average of 2 BOs each = 60 entities. The 100 plan suits most firms.

You won't be able to add new entities to ongoing monitoring until the next month. Your existing entities remain monitored without interruption. To unlock more capacity immediately, you can upgrade to a higher tier.

The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Only entities still active at that date carry over. If you have 50 active entities on the 1st, your counter starts at 50.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The change takes effect immediately and your limit is increased instantly. To downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your organization's settings or by contacting us. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode after cancellation.
